At Pearlfashion Online shopping, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items. A refund can be made If the product arrives damaged, damaged in transit and wrong item receive, let us know within 2 working days. You can return the goods within 30 days . If you would like to return any of our products for any of above reason, the shipping charges would be paid by customer. Please fill up form of Returns also include the reason you are returning the item's. We will then issue you with a returns confirmation email giving clear instructions on how to return any items to us.
Please note that without following these instructions and considering the relevant information within your returned package we will be unable to process your return or issue a refund. Returns must be sent back in the originql packaging.
TIME TO AVAIL OF THE REFUND
Before contacting us please take note of the time-scales required to process a refund, all should be finalized within 28 days. Please allow 2 working days for receipt of a return to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email notifying and confirming the same. The email will be sent to the same email address as provided by you, during Order Confirmation. After receiving the refund confirmation email, please allow further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. Full refund will be made available by cheque or credit voucher to your billing address.

Please Note: You should not write jewellery, diamonds or similar words that indicates valuable contents, on the package you are returning, as this invites possible theft of the package.
Items returned outside the above guidelines will only be subject to credit. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrived are damaged as a result of the original packaging being used. In these cases the item/s will be returned to you. Under no circumstances we will able to accept the return of earrings or hair products as under compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Pearlfashion will arrange for an exchange (Subject to availability). The decision made by ‘ Pearlfashion’ is final.
Any promtional/discount/sale product should not be refundable and we will be unable to accept any returns as well.
