We make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible. We endeavour to deliver all the orders within 5 to 7 working days (excluding Sunday and Bank Holiday) within UK once full payment has been received and cleared. You can also arrange delivery to a different address if this is more convenient. UK Delivery Information:

If your order is placed any time, we aim to have your product delivered in 5 to 7 working days (excluding Sunday and Bank Holiday), this is £4.99 within UK.
If your order is placed before 1pm we aim to have your product delivered in 1 to 2 working days (excluding Sunday and Bank Holiday). For the express service there is a charge of £7.75 within the UK. If it is likely to take longer then we will let you know, although this is uncommon.
We do next day and Saturday delivey service upon buyer's special request. The charges for next day and saturday service is vary from other delivery charges.
Please accept our acknowledgement. If you have not received your order within 7 working days or if your goods are damaged in transit please contact us on email@example.com within 2 working days upon receipt of the order.
We will replace your item and take your case up with Royal Mail /Parcel Force/Yodel.
It is vital to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
If an exact replacement is not possible a full refund will be made available by cheque or credit voucher within 28 days of receipt of the returned items. Pearlfashion will not accept returned items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent however caused. If you do not inform us within 2 working days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty/incorrect on delivery.
